Terms and Conditions
Lutify Media (lutifymedia.com).
To mark Lutify Media's launch into the Australian market, the first five (5) eligible Australian trade businesses to sign a service agreement with Lutify Media will receive 50% off their marketing fees and service fees for their first month only ("the Offer"). This is a discounted introductory rate, not a prize draw, competition, or game of chance — no entry, draw, or random selection is involved.
The Offer is available for a limited time as shown by the countdown timer on the offer page, or until all five (5) places have been filled, whichever happens first. Lutify Media may close the Offer early once the five places are taken, without further notice.

Applying is free and does not obligate you to proceed. Lutify Media reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
Complete the application form on the offer page. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible applicants who go on to sign a Lutify Media service agreement — not by random draw. Lutify Media will contact each applicant to confirm whether a place is still available.
Eligible clients receive 50% off standard marketing fees and service fees for their first calendar month with Lutify Media only. From the second month onward, standard pricing (as set out in the client's service agreement) applies in full.
The discount has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. A place is only confirmed once Lutify Media has notified the applicant and both parties have signed a service agreement. If all five places are filled before an applicant is confirmed, Lutify Media will let them know the Offer is no longer available.
Aside from the first-month discount, all other terms of the client's service agreement with Lutify Media apply as normal, including cancellation terms. Receiving the Offer does not change the standard terms of service beyond the first-month discount described above.
By applying for this Offer, you consent to Lutify Media collecting and storing your contact information and using it to contact you regarding your application and Lutify Media's services. Your data will not be shared with third parties. You may request removal from our contact list at any time by emailing [email protected].
Lutify Media reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw this Offer at any time. This Offer is provided by Lutify Media, a New Zealand-registered business, to eligible Australian trade businesses, and is governed by New Zealand law.
